General History: Cathleen was born in Dublin Ireland, but moved to London shortly after the Potato Famine of 1849, due to the fact both her Grandparents Perished in the Famine, and most of the Devines did to. She grew up with a decent amount of Money, her Parents both opening a Pub in the heart of London...which passed down to her the moment she turned 18.
She is known among Urchins as being a Fence, someone who buys stolen goods. She allows them into her Pub via an entrance in the Kitchen. Her customers merely think of her as a kind woman who allows Urchins into her Pub for food, drink, and a place to lay there heads for the night...little do they know, she lets the Urchins Pick the Pockets of her Customers...allowing them upon closing to either keep the item or sell it to her for a good profit. If she likes the item, she keeps it, if she doesn't...she sells it to another Fence for a higher profit, giving half her profit to the Urchin that sold her the item.

By treating the Urchins with respect, she feels the will respect her in return...and that has prove to be true. She is a kind woman to all, even the rude customers whom she later tells the Urchins to Nick from, and longs for a child of her own...promising herself to hire the best Urchin when her child is old enough to teach her child the Tricks of the Trade.
